Due to the nature of our product as a food item and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on honey. Our bees forage in remote, wild sanctuaries, far from commercial agriculture and the risk of pesticide drift. We are staunchly committed to treatment-free beekeeping, which means we never use any synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or antibiotics within our hives, relying instead on natural methods to ensure colony health. The decision not to pursue official certification is a conscious one. The process is often prohibitively expensive for a small-scale artisan producer and, in our view, doesn't fully capture the depth of our "bee-first" ethos. We choose to invest those significant funds directly back into what matters most: enhancing our bees' habitats, promoting pollinator biodiversity through land stewardship, and maintaining the highest possible quality. We are proud to be radically transparent about every step of our process.

Currently, our main bottling and shipping facility is a dedicated production space and is not set up to accommodate public access for retail sales or local pickups, primarily for health, safety, and logistical reasons. Our primary sales channel is our e-commerce website, which allows us to serve customers far and wide. However, we deeply value our local community and love to connect in person. Throughout the spring, summer, and fall, we actively participate in several local farmers' markets in the region.
